Thomas Gregory Associates Insurance Brokers (TGA) is a specialty-lines insurance broker based in the Boston marketplace. OneGroup, NY, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Community Bank System (NYSE:CBU), acquired the assets. The terms were not disclosed. The acquisition provides OneGroup with a New England presence and brings additional specialty-lines expertise to the organization. TGA is expected to generate ~$35 million in annual revenues.
