  • Financial services company Community Bank System ( NYSE: CBU ) said on Monday that Mark Tryniski will retire as president and CEO, effective Dec. 31.
  • Tryniski has served on the post since August 2006.
  • Additionally, the company said its board will expand to 13 directors, and appoint Karaivanov as a director effective Jan. 1, 2024.
  • Karaivanov had joined the company in June 2021 as its executive vice president of financial services and corporate development.
