CODGF - Compagnie de Saint-Gobain divests its glass processing business in Denmark

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (OTCPK:CODGF) has sold its regional glass transformation business Glassolutions in Denmark to the German glass manufacturer Semcoglas Holding GmbH. The commercial terms were not disclosed. The business generated sales of around €30 million in 2020. The transaction is part of Saint-Gobain’s ongoing portfolio optimization strategy to enhance the Group’s growth and profitability profile according to the “Grow & Impact” plan objectives.  Previously (Dec. 1): GCP Applied jumps after report Saint-Gobain is considering acquisition.
