CPSI - Computer Programs and Systems CEO Boyd Douglas to retire

Computer Programs and Systems (NASDAQ:CPSI) said Monday Boyd Douglas will retire as president and CEO, effective Jun. 30. CPSI named Chris Fowler, current COO, as Douglas' successor. In connection with his retirement, Douglas will also resign from CPSI's board effective Jun. 30, at which time Fowler will become a director. Douglas will continue to serve as a senior advisor until Dec. 31. Fowler joined CPSI in 2000 and was named COO in 2015.
