COMSovereign Holding ( NASDAQ: COMS ) has received a letter from the Nasdaq stating that the Co. is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing, because the Co. failed to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K.
Under Nasdaq rules the Co. now has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance.
