CMTL - Comtech names new CEO; reiterates outlook

Ken Peterman has been appointed as the new president and CEO of Comtech Telecommunications ( NASDAQ: CMTL ).
Mr. Peterman, who also serves as chairman of Comtech ( CMTL ) board, will succeed Michael Porcelain. Porcelain has resigned from the board, but will be available to assist in the transition as needed.
Peterman joined the Comtech ( CMTL ) board in May 2022 after the board initiated a national search process with the goal of deepening its industry experience.
In other news, Comtech ( CMTL ) reiterated its financial guidance for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2022. FQ4 net sales are expected to be ~$123M ($122.64M consensus ) resulting in expected fiscal 2022 consolidated net sales of ~$482M ($482.03M consensus).
