CNDT - Conduent implements contactless payment across transportation in Bergamo Italy

Conduent's (NASDAQ:CNDT) global business unit, Conduent Transportation, successfully implemented and rollout a contactless payment system across public transportation network. The system allows tickets to be purchased directly on board buses and funicular railways managed by Azienda Trasporti Bergamo (ATB) and trams operated by its associated Company, Tramvie Elettriche Bergamasche (TEB). The Company says that ~600 contactless validators have been installed on all vehicles in the ATB and TEB network that serves ~380,000 residents.
