CFLT - Confluent names former Palo Alto Networks executive Rohan Sivaram as new CFO

  • Confluent ( NASDAQ: CFLT ) on Thursday said it had named Rohan Sivaram as its CFO, effective August 16.
  • According to CFLT, Sivaram will replace Steffan Tomlinson who is leaving the company for another opportunity.
  • "Prior to joining Confluent ( CFLT ) in October 2020, (Sivaram) was the senior vice president of finance at Palo Alto Networks ( PANW )," CFLT said in a statement .
  • Confluent ( CFLT ) separately announced Q2 results that beat estimates, sending its class A shares nearly 12% higher after hours.
