Connexa Sports Technologies ( NASDAQ: CNXA ) has received a letter from The Nasdaq, indicating that, due to the Co.’s failure, in violation of Listing Rule to file its 10-K, 10-Q by Feb. 13, 2023, trading of the Co.’s common stock will be suspended from The Nasdaq at the opening of Feb. 23, 2023.
The suspension and filing of the Form 25-NSE will occur unless the Co. requests an appeal of the Delisting Determination no later than 4:00 p.m. ET on Feb. 21, 2023.
