Consolidated Water (NASDAQ:CWCO) said Tuesday its unit PERC Water will build and commission a 4M gallon per day wastewater treatment plant for Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer). Construction and commissioning fee for the facility, which will be in Goodyear, Arizona, is ~$82M. The plant is scheduled to be completed in ~26 months.
