ROAD - Construction Partners announces secondary offering of 2M Class A shares

Construction Partners (ROAD) announces that certain affiliates of SunTx Capital Management Corp. intend to offer 2M shares of Construction Partners Class A common stock in an underwritten secondary offering.Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of Class A common stock.The selling stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. Company is not selling any shares of Class A common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from such offering.Shares -4.12% after-hours.
