NPA - Consumer-focused SPAC New Providence Acquisition II and III launches IPO

New Providence Acquisition II (NPABU)  to raise up to $20M in an initial public offering by offering 20M units and New Providence Acquisition III to raise up to $300M by offering 30M.Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-third of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50.First SPAC New Providence Acquisition (NPA) raised $200M in September 2019 and is pending an acquisition of satellite cellular network developer AST SpaceMobile.
