The Container Stores (TCS) reports sales rose 20.5% in FQ3 to $275.5. Online sales rose 98.1% during the quarter. Adjusted EBITDA was $42.4M vs. $22.0M a year ago and $40.7M consensus. CEO update: "The strong customer demand we saw in the second quarter persisted into the third quarter, and our entire organization continued to make significant strides against our strategic priorities positioning us extremely well to capitalize on our business opportunities. Our Custom Closets business significantly accelerated in the third quarter as compared to the second quarter and, combined with strong performance from our other product categories, drove our record-breaking sales." Free cash flow increased to $105.0M in the thirty-nine weeks ended December 28 vs. -$30.4M a year ago. Shares of Container Store are down 0.13% AH to $14.80 following the double beat.
