CLR - Continental Resources: A Look At Cash Flow At $50 And $55 Oil
Continental Resources Inc.
Continental Resources (CLR) has been able to generate a large amount of cash in 2018 and was expected to generate more than $1 billion in positive cash flow in 2019 at mid-$60s oil.
From running the numbers at lower oil prices, it appears capable of still generating close to $400 million in positive cash flow at $55 WTI oil while growing total production by 17.5% (with 25%-plus oil production growth) in 2019. At $50 WTI oil, it would be at roughly breakeven cash flow with that production growth.
