CVLB - Conversion Labs reports Q3 prelim

For Q3, Conversion Labs ([[CVLB]] +3.5%) expects revenue of ~$11.2M, up 23% Q/Q and up 254% Y/Y driven by another strong month in September, with revenues totaling ~$3.9M, up 258% Y/Y.It expects to report Annual recurring revenue ((ARR)) from subscriptions to products and services of $19.3M in September an increase of 13% from the month of August 2020 and up 458% compared to September 2019 largely driven by the company’s increasingly popular proprietary telehealth brands that include Rex MD and Shapiro MD.The Q3 results indicate an overall annualized revenue run rate of $46.8M as compared to $12.5M for all of 2019 and, a more than three-fold increase. Compared to the end of the previous month, the company’s annualized revenue run rate is up by $2.4 million.The Q3 results is expected in the second week of November.
