Copper Fox Metals ( TSXV: CUU:CA ) ( OTCQX:CPFXF ) said Monday it intends to reprice its previously announced non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2 million.

The offering will consist of up to 10 million units at $0.20 per unit.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant.

Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a two-year term, for an exercise price of $0.25 during the first 12-month period after the closing of the offering and $0.30 during the subsequent 12-month period.

The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
