CCOOF - Core Assets announces C$1.5M non-brokered private placement offering
- Core Assets ( OTCQB:CCOOF ) intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 2.45M units at a price of C$0.61 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$1.5M.
- Each unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
- Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share for a period of two years from the closing date of the offering at a price of C$0.85 per warrant share.
- Offering is expected to close on or about August 25, 2022.
