CAAP - Corporación América Airports says May passenger traffic at ~98% of pre-pandemic levels

• Private airport operator Corporación América Airports ( NYSE: CAAP ) on Friday said total passenger traffic for the month of May 2023 increased 29.6% Y/Y.
• Overall May passenger traffic recovered to 97.9% of pre-pandemic levels in May 2019.
• Traffic in Argentina, Italy and Brazil rose 34.7%, 15.1% and 23.7% respectively in May.
• CAAP said May cargo volume rose 2.6% Y/Y and stood at 89% of May 2019 levels.
• Around 70% of cargo volume originated in Argentina, Ecuador and Brazil.
