Corporate Office Properties Trust ([[OFC]] +2.1%) announced that its operating partnership priced an underwritten public offering of $600M of 2.750% senior notes due 2031.Proceeds to be used for funding the purchase of any and all of the Operating Partnership’s 3.600% Senior Notes due 2023, any and all of the Operating Partnership’s 5.250% Senior Notes due 2024; any balance for general corporate purposes.Offer expected to close on Mar.11.Separately, the company is maintaining its earlier established FFO guidance for first quarter ending Mar. 31, 2021, and the year ending Dec. 31, 2021.
