Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire –February 2 4 , 2021 - VentripointDiagnostics Ltd. (" Ventripoint " orthe " Company "), (TSXV:VPT ) ( OTC:VPTDF) announces correction toFebruary 10, 2021 press release. The Companyhas issued an aggregate of 96,961 shares, rather than the 131,430shares previously announced, for the final interest payment of $23,274 on ConvertibleDebentures issued by the Company on February 6, 2020, replacementConvertible Debentures issued the same date, and ConvertibleDebentures issued September 11, 2020. The shares will be issued at adeemed price of $.24 per share. Two directors of the Company willreceive a total of 30,186 common shares in final payment of $7,245.88of interest on their debentures.
All convertible debentures have been converted and theCompany is debt free.
