CMRE - Costamare prices Euro100M unsecured bonds offering in Greece

Costamere's (CMRE) wholly owned subsidiary, Costamare Participations priced its earlier offering of €100M of unsecured bonds in Greece.The bonds will mature in 2026 and will have a coupon of 2.70%, payable semi-annually.Settlement expected to occur on May 25, 2021 while the bonds will commence trading on the Athens Exchange from May 26.Net proceeds will be used for repayment of indebtedness, vessel acquisitions and working capital purposes.
