COTY - Coty launches global offering of class A common stock

- Coty ( NYSE: COTY ) has launched a global offering of 33M common shares.
- The Offering will be made to the public in the United States and on a private placement basis outside of the United States.
- The company has applied for the listing and trading of its Class A Common Stock on the professional segment of Euronext Paris.
- Net proceeds will be used to retire principal amount of outstanding debt. Other uses include general corporate purposes, such as strategic investments in its business, working capital and capital expenditures.
