Beauty company Coty ( NYSE: COTY ) said on Wednesday that it intends to launch a $600M senior secured notes offering.
The interest rates and other key terms related to the offering will be determined at the time of pricing.
The net proceeds are intended to be used to repay a portion of the U.S. dollar-denominated loans outstanding under the company's existing senior secured term B credit facility due April 2025.
