British American Tobacco (NYSE: BTI) stock has lost more than half its value since 2017. That steep decline pushed the dividend yield up to more than 9%. That's a huge figure that is a function of the risk that Wall Street sees as this cigarette company attempts to deal with a very difficult business landscape.
