  • The appointment follows president and CEO Michael McCormack’s resignation in April, after which the company’s CFO, Chuck Griffith, has served as acting president.
  • Before joining CPS, Mackey served for five years as the CEO of Engi-Mat Co. in Lexington, Kentucky.
