CRECF - Critical Elements upsizes earlier announced bought deal private placement

Critical Elements Lithium ([[CRECF]]) upsized its earlier announced bought deal private placement offering of 13.64M units at $1.10/unit leading to total gross proceeds of $15M.Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant; each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at $1.75 for a period of two years post closure date.Net proceeds will be primarily used for exploration and development, and general working capital purposes.Offering expected to close on or about Feb.11, 2021.
