So I think where we were trending as far as the company structure and management was more like larger CBG Company having a regional model. And I think the stage of where we are in the industry and where we are, as a company, it's important to be lean, be flexible and be able to move fast and iterate. So I think there's still a lot of innovation that we need to push out. And just decision making and cost structure, making sure that it's all centralized, again, going back to one company model
