CRON - Cronos provides bi-weekly MCTO status update receives Nasdaq listing delinquency letter
Cronos (NASDAQ:CRON) received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq that it is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing due to delay in filing Form 10-Q. The company provided a default status report in accordance with the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders (MCTO). The MCTO does not affect the ability of other shareholders of the company to trade their securities; it restricts all trading in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, by CEO and CFO until two full business days post filing of the required filings and the MCTO has been revoked.
