CCI - Crown Castle International increases credit facility to $7B extends maturity
- Crown Castle International ( NYSE: CCI ) amended its senior unsecured credit facility increasing the commitments by $2B, for aggregate commitments of $7B.
- Also extending the maturity of the credit facility to July 2027.
- The credit facility consists of a $1.2B senior unsecured term loan A facility and, after giving effect to the increased commitments, a revolver.
