CCI - Crown Castle priced $1.0B of senior notes
- Crown Castle ( NYSE: CCI ) priced its public offering of $1.0B of senior notes due 2028 and expects to use the proceeds to repay outstanding debt under its revolving credit facility, the cell phone tower REIT said Monday.
- The notes will have an interest rate of 5.000% per year and will be issued at a price equal to 99.908% of their face value to yield 5.021%.
- The net proceeds are expected to be ~$990M after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses.
- BNP Paribas Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, MUFG Securities Americas, PNC Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, and Truist Securities are the joint book-running managers of the offering.
