- Cruz Battery Metals ( OTCPK:BKTPF ) commenced a private placement financing to raise gross proceeds of $3.5M through issuance of 34,653,465 units at a price of $0.101/unit.
- Each unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the company and one transferrable share purchase warrant.
- Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.15/warrant share for a period of five years from the closing of the financing.
- All securities issued in connection with the Financing are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing of the Financing.
- Net proceeds of the Financing will be used towards drilling on current projects and general working capital.
- Finder's fees may be paid to eligible finders in connection with the Financing.
