CYRX - Cryoport launches $100M stock repurchase program

Cryoport's (NASDAQ:CYRX) board has unanimously authorized a repurchase program, under which Cryoport may repurchase up to $100M of its outstanding common stock and/or convertible senior notes. The repurchase program will expire on December 31, 2025. The company does not expect to incur debt to fund the repurchase program. YTD the stock has eroded 48.9%; the current program represents 6.9% of its total current market cap.
