CTT will move forward immediately with aPCAOB audit of the Company's Financial Statements for 2023 and 2022.The Accounting firm that is conducting this audit is registered withthe Public Company Accounting Oversight Board(PCAOB) and will be donewithin the guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP) and according to the standards and practices for audits ofpublic companies ascribed by the Public Company Accounting OversightBoard (PCAOB). CTT Pharma anticipates this audit should be completedin the next 2-3 weeks and will issue a news release to shareholdersupon the completion of this audit.
