Cummins ( NYSE: CMI ) said Wednesday it has unanimously elected president and chief executive officer Jennifer Rumsey to become the chair of the board.
The appointment will be effective on August 1, 2023.
Rumsey succeeds Tom Linebarger, who is retiring as executive chairman and as chairman of the board, effective July 31, 2023.
