CURN - Currency Exchange International appoints new group chief financial officer
- Currency Exchange International ( OTCPK:CURN ) appoints a seasoned financial executive, Gerhard Barnard as the group CFO, succeeding interim CFO Alan Stratton, effective October 11, 2022.
- Mr. Stratton will remain with the company’s subsidiary, Exchange Bank of Canada ( EBC ), as interim Chief Financial Officer.
- Most recently, and for more than fifteen years, Mr. Barnard served as CFO and SVP at a publicly traded financial group providing investment account services, corporate and shareholder services, and health spending accounts.
