CWRK - CurrencyWorks launches $3.75M direct offering

CurrencyWorks (CWRK) inks securities purchase agreements with institutional investors for the purchase of 4,687,500 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase equal number of common shares at a combined price of $0.80, in a registered direct offering.Expected gross proceeds are $3.75M.The five years warrants have an exercise price of $1.00/share.Net proceeds will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes.Closing date is July 14. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
