CWRK - CurrencyWorks to raise $350K in stock and warrants offering

CurrencyWorks (OTCQB:CWRK) entered into a securities purchase agreement with Aquam Pomis Citrum Capital for the purchase of 2.59M shares and warrants in a registered direct offering. The purchase price for one share and one warrant is $0.135; warrants have an exercise price of $0.1682/share and will be immediately exercisable and expire two years from the issue date. Net proceeds to be used for general corporate or working capital purposes. Offering is expected to close on or about Feb.28.
