CWK - Cushman & Wakefield acquires Cresa Partners of Los Angeles

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE:CWK) said Tuesday it acquired Cresa Partners of Los Angeles. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition bolsters CWK's occupier and project management services locally. Cresa's team comprises over 40 professionals, made up of occupier representatives and project managers. Matthew Miller, former managing principal at Cresa, will now serve as executive vice chairman at CWK. Cresa's operations comprise 3 Los Angeles County offices in West Los Angeles, Woodland Hills and Westlake Village.
