CWK - Cushman & Wakefield arranges $122.7M refinancing of Seattle mixed-use property
Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), serving as adviser to American Life, has arranged a $122.7M refinancing of a 717,684-square-foot mixed-use property in Seattle.The office and hospitality space, located on 255 South King Street, includes a 209,476-square-foot office tower that is 100% leased and 282-room, 23-story Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel.Dave Karson, part of Cushman & Wakefield 's finance team for the refinancing, commented, "We had strong credit support from the office building which helped offset the softer market demand for the hotel during the pandemic, but this particular hotel is recovering well and the location down by the stadium has become very appealing given access to both Bellevue and Downtown Seattle."Previously (June 23): Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of The Switchyard, a 150,450-square-foot Class A creative office campus located in the Arts District of Los Angeles, California.Press Release
