CWK - Cushman & Wakefield proposes 10M shares public offering by selling shareholders

Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) proposes underwritten public offering of 10M ordinary shares. All shares are being offered by existing shareholders and company will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. The selling shareholders include funds affiliated with TPG, PAG Asia Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board. Underwriter will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5M shares from the selling shareholders.Shares drop 2.1% during market after hours.
