CVB Financial's (NASDAQ:CVBF) board authorized the repurchase of up to 10M shares, including by means of an initial accelerated share repurchase deal involving $70M of stock. This new repurchase program replaces CVBF's previous 2016 share repurchase program, under which ~4.2M shares remained available for repurchase.
