CVV - CVD Equipment bags additional order for 10 silicon carbide growth systems
- CVD Equipment ( NASDAQ: CVV ) said Tuesday it got an additional order for ten PVT-150 systems.
- The systems will be used to grow 150 mm diameter monocrystalline silicon carbide boules, which will be processed into SiC wafers, subsequently.
- The systems are scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2023.
