As a fullyreporting public company, CETI is now subject to filing quarterlyreviewed and annually audited financial statements.

By raising over $2.3million, the Company has been able to develop and test itstechnologies while maintaining the mineral rights to its pilot oilfield in west Texas. These initial oil wells provide the opportunityfor CETI to demonstrate its capability to increase oil production fromthe combined application of its water filtration, injection andreservoir enhancement technologies. The Company will also be able toreduce the environmental impact associated with oil well maintenanceand will not be using harmful chemicals. The Alvey Ranch is the firststage in procuring multiple streams of income. Upon the success ofthis initial Pilot Program, CETI will look to partner with existingstripper well operators to increase their production capacity, thusincreasing revenue to the Company.
