CTEK - CynergisTek CEO departs; co-founder Mac McMillan reappointed

According to a regulatory filing, the board has accepted the resignation and appointed the co-founder of the company Michael “Mac” McMillan as the new president and CEO, effective immediately for an initial term of 12 months. Having co-founded CynergisTek in 2004, Mr. McMillan served as company CEO from its inception to his retirement in December 2019. He remained as a board member since January 2017. Meanwhile, Mr. Barlow will also resign from his position as a board member effective August 26, and will stay with the company for the next 30 day period to support the leadership transition, CynergisTek said in a statement.
