TORONTO , Dec. 20, 2021 /CNW/ - Danavation Technologies Corp. (CSE: DVN) (OTCQB: DVNCF) (" Danavation " or the " Company "), a Canadian-based Internet of Things (IoT) technology company and provider of micro e-paper displays, today announces that it has granted options to purchase an aggregate of 1,775,000 common shares of the Company (the " Common Shares ") exercisable at a price of $0.40 per share for a period of five years to certain officers, directors and consultants of the Company. The Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the original date of grant.
