Danimer Scientific (DNMR) fell 12% after Spruce Point issued a follow-up short report to one it released two weeks ago.Spruce Point alleged that after a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that production at the company's Kentucky facility is overstated.The report also points out that 12M Danimer warrants will become exercisable at $11.50/share after this Friday.Spruce Point issued its first short call on April 22, forecasting 65% to 100% downside risk.Danimer Scientific didn't immediately respond to Seeking Alpha request for comment.The Spruce Point short calls come after a Pepsico (PEP) filing last month may have confirmed the company had sold off its stake in Danimer.
