DNMR - Danimer Scientific raises $200M via convertible notes offering

Danimer Scientific (NYSE:DNMR) has priced its upsized offering of $200M of 3.250% convertible senior notes due 2026 (from $175M) in a private offering. Initial purchasers are granted an option to purchase up to an additional $40M of notes. The initial conversion rate is 92.7085 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes (~$10.79/share). Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures, and to fund the cost of entering into the capped call transactions.
