JBGS - Data center REITs buoy real estate sector advance in Monday trading

While real estate stocks look relatively strong in Monday's trading, most of the gains are coming from the data center REIT sector.The Global X Data Center REITs and Digital Infrastructure ETF (VPN) climbs 3.4% in early afternoon trading in New York; by name Crown Castle International ([[CCI]] +2.4%), American Tower ([[AMT]] +2.5%), CoreSite Realty ([[COR]] +2.4%), and CyrusOne ([[CONE]] +3.0%) all pull up strongly.Indeed, industrial REITs, which include data center REITs, appear are among the best-performing REITs in the past year, even though they still lag the S&P 500 index.Among S&P 500 industry sectors, Real Estate is the fourth-strongest sector in early afternoon trading, up 1.3%.Healthcare REITs are also pitching in, with the S&P  500 Health Care REITS Index rising 1.4%.
