VANCOUVER, BC , March 29, 2021 /CNW/ - Datable Technology Corporation (TSXV: DAC) (the " Company ") announces that further to its news release dated March 12, 2021 , it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 5,250,000 units of the Company (the " Units ") at $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $525,000 (the " Offering ").

Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (a " Share ") and one Share purchase warrant (each Share purchase warrant, a " Warrant ").  Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share (a " Warrant Share ") at a price of $0.15 per Warrant Share for a period of two years from the closing of the Offering.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring on July 30, 2021 in accordance with applicable securities legislation.  The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for sales and marketing, product development and for working capital.
