DTMXF - Datametrex Provides Management Update
TORONTO, July 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Datametrex AI Limited ("Datametrex" or the "Company") (TSXV: DM, FSE: D4G, OTC: DTMXF) announces that further to the Company’s press release dated July 17, 2020 in connection with the appointment of Ms. Andrea Yuan as new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company, Ms. Yuan has had to resign from the position effective immediately due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the interim, until a permanent replacement can be found, the company’s departing CFO Steve Kang will continue acting as CFO.
